This simple and delicious Lemon cake recipe made with simple basic ingredients like all-purpose flour, butter, eggs, and 1/2 cup milk. Topped with the lemon glaze which is made from two basic ingredients (lemon zest, butter, confectioners sugar, and milk) anyone can bake this light and fluffy cake with minimal cooking experience and equipment, you just need an electric mixer or hand blender with the paddle attachment to prepare the flour mixture but this really optional, you can prepare the mixture with a hand whisk but it’s a bit harder to get the cake batter ready.
