Pro Tips for baking Chocolate Chip Cookies:

  • While baking these Chocolate Chip Cookies place the cookies in the middle of the oven, which helps the cookies to bake evenly on all sides. Use the aluminum baking sheets which scatter the heat evenly so the Chocolate Chip cookies will be baked and browned evenly.
  • Strictly follow the accurate measurements and order of ingredients and use high-quality cooking equipment and measurement scale.
  • Arrange the cookies with adequate space and the air gap between them, as our Chocolate Chip cookie bakes it will get bigger in size and touch each other.
  • If you wanna be a good baker, keep an eye on your ingredients ratio. The amount of sugar, butter, and flour determines the firmness of the cookies whether it might come out crispy or chewy.
  • Use an Ice cream scoop to scoop out the cookie dough for the even-sized cookies.
